Using Kismat Stories

Kismat Stories provides wedding planning, discovery, inspiration, registry, shopping and sourcing tools. You are responsible for the information you submit and for confirming important details before making purchases, bookings or other commitments.

Vendor and product information

Vendor availability, pricing, service details, product availability and delivery terms can change. Unless Kismat explicitly states otherwise for a specific transaction, you should confirm material terms with the relevant vendor, retailer or service provider before relying on them.

Your content and account

You may use Kismat to store wedding information and preferences. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use, attempt to access another person’s account or use the service in a way that disrupts or compromises the platform.

Kismat content

The Kismat Stories name, site design, original editorial content, software and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the service for personal wedding planning, but you may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit Kismat content without permission unless applicable law allows it.

Changes to the service

Kismat may improve, add, remove or change features as the product evolves. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the version posted on this page.
